At Expert Trainers Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality training services. We also understand that sometimes, learners may need to cancel or reschedule. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or course transfers may be granted.
1. Course Cancellation by the Academy
If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by Expert Trainers Academy due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or trainer unavailability:
You will be offered the option to:
Transfer to another batch or course, or
Receive a 100% full refund within 7 business days.
2. Cancellation by the Learner
If you wish to cancel your enrollment, the following refund terms will apply:
Cancellation Request Timing Refund Eligibility
7+ days before course start 75% of the course fee
3–6 days before course start 50% of the course fee
Less than 3 days before start or after course has started ❌ No refund
All refund requests must be sent in writing to:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
Failure to attend a confirmed class without prior notice.
Incomplete attendance or non-submission of assessments.
Dismissal due to misconduct or violation of Code of Conduct.
Change of mind after the course has started.
Special discount courses or promotional offers (unless otherwise stated).
4. Course Transfers / Rescheduling
Learners may request to transfer to another batch of the same course once, subject to seat availability and within 3 months.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before course commencement.
No administrative fee will apply for the first reschedule; a ₹500 processing fee may be applied for subsequent requests.
5. Refund Mode and Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
Processing may take 7–10 working days depending on your bank/payment provider.
6. Policy Updates
Expert Trainers Academy reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website and apply to future enrollments.
