These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment, participation, and access to all training courses and services provided by Expert Trainers Academy. By registering for any of our programs (online or offline), you agree to the following terms:
1. Course Enrollment and Fees
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment or a written agreement for part payment.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under conditions specified in the refund policy.
All payments must be made through approved channels. Expert Trainers Academy is not responsible for third-party transactions.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund or transfer to a future batch.
No refunds are permitted once the course has started, except in cases of program cancellation by the academy.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@experttrainersacademy.com with valid proof of payment.
3. Course Delivery and Access
Courses may be delivered in physical classroom settings or via online platforms. Students must ensure access to required devices and internet connectivity for online sessions.
Login credentials for online sessions are confidential and must not be shared with others.
4. Certification Policy
Certificates are issued only upon completion of required modules, assessments, and attendance criteria.
Digital certificates can be verified via our official verification portal.
5. Student Conduct and Disciplinary Action
Professional behavior is mandatory. Misconduct, use of abusive language, or disruption of classes may result in termination without refund.
Academic dishonesty, including cheating or plagiarism in assessments, will lead to disqualification.
6. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
All training materials, slides, videos, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Expert Trainers Academy.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of course material is prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect personal data (name, contact, ID proof, educational background) solely for enrollment, certification, and administrative purposes.
Your data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable data protection laws.
You may request to update or delete your personal data by contacting us at support@experttrainersacademy.com.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Expert Trainers Academy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising during or after the training, including use of knowledge gained from the course.
Participants are responsible for their own safety, particularly during site visits or practical demonstrations.
9. Use of Branding and Affiliations
Students or third parties may not use the academy’s name, logo, or certification brand in any manner without written approval.
Completion of a course does not imply representation or employment by Expert Trainers Academy.
10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India and the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through arbitration, subject to applicable laws.
11. Amendments
Expert Trainers Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our official website.
